The Job : Developed a Go-To-Market Strategy for a remote monitoring device: a Hardware Software AI Module that can monitor and record in real time vital signs without contact with the patient. Our initial responsibility was to identify and justify a market entry point in the nursing home market, and determine a pricing plan.

The Result : We broadened the scope, brainstormed an array of possible markets and conducted numerous user interviews. We let the customer voice speak for itself, reframed the problem statement, redefined the product positioning and selected a strong beachhead market.

We determined a pricing plan, built a short-term growth plan with possible financial scenarios based on pricing architectures and cost structures, and paired our final report with a long-term strategy that included expansion into future markets.
